This product was one of the first post-workout formula's that nobody really caught on to. I think it is a decent supplement and the only thing holding me back is the possibility that it may taste bad. However, the only other post-workout formula out there is NO Shotgun which I'm not a fan of at all, and it probably tastes worst.

Regeneration-X could be found for around $30-35, contains a full month supply considering you workout 5 times a week, and gives you Leucine, Taurine, a nice dose of Creatine and goodies, and much more.
So now lets take a look at this blend by blend. We will start with the first one:
| Crea-Max Creatine Optimization Matrix: 4800mg |
- Creatine Ethyl Ester
- Tri-methyl-glycine aka Betaine Anhydrous
- Glycocyamine
- Guanidiopropionic Acid |
In short, you can call it a CEE/Betaine/Glycocyamine/3-GPA combo. This is actually very similar to Green Bulge but without the MCC. It even has Taurine and is probably higher dosed.
In the ALRI stacks page, the "No Mercy" stack suggests this:
Regeneration-X - 2 scoops immediately following workout
N-Gorge - 4 caps 30 minutes before training & 4 caps 30 before sleep
Their CEE cap's are also at 2250mg a serving, so this probably has around 2g CEE. Betaine and Glycocyamine need to be kept 4:1 ratio, and 3-GPA is usually dosed around 500mg.
| Crea-Max Creatine Optimization Matrix: 4800mg |

2000mg
2000mg
500mg
300mg |
- Creatine Ethyl Ester
- Tri-methyl-glycine aka Betaine Anhydrous
- Glycocyamine
- Guanidiopropionic Acid |
This seems to be really nice. The Betaine and Glycocyamine are in the nicest dose possible, and with N-Gorge you are put at 6g CEE a day.
Now lets crack the second blend.
| Cell Volumization/NO2 Modulation Matrix: 2200mg |
- Glutamine Ethyl Ester
- NOHA Ethyl Ester |
Glutamine Ethyl Ester is probably around 2g, and looking at the N-Gorge, NOHAEE is probably around 200mg.
| Cell Volumization/NO2 Modulation M..: 2200mg |
|
|
2000mg
200mg
|
- Glutamine Ethyl Ester
- NOHA Ethyl Ester |
Finally, lets crack the third blend.
I already highlighter in blue on top that 18g of the blend is a special form of Glucose. Now lets chase down the rest:
| Insulinabolic Optimization Matrix: 10,000mg |
- Taurine
- Leucine Ethyl Ester
- Ketoisocaproate Ethyl Ester
- P. Tamarindis Indica Extract 20:1
- P. Phaseolus Vulgaris Ex 100:1 |
This gets a bit more complicated because there is nothing to compare this product to. However, KIC is dosed 100-300mg, and this is Ethyl Ester. More effective.
The other two ingredients are dosed at about 100mg, especially since they are extracts.
This puts the KIC, and the two extracts at 500mg tops, leaving 9.5g for the other two ingredients. In its best, the product probably looks something like:
| Insulinabolic Optimization Matrix: 10,000mg |
|
|
5000mg
4500mg
300mg
100mg
100mg |
- Taurine
- Leucine Ethyl Ester
- Ketoisocaproate Ethyl Ester
- P. Tamarindis Indica Extract 20:1
- P. Phaseolus Vulgaris Ex 100:1 |
The KIC dosing doesn't seem far out and for the product price this is probably what jacked it up. Even if its 100mg, it'll still do something.
And the last blend...
| Energobolic Energy Storage Matrix: 800mg |
- c-AMP
- ATP
- Adenosine |
Never seen c-AMP dosed in a supplement, but ATP was featured in a 200mg dose
in Energenx so that seems to fit well here.
| Energobolic Energy Storage Matrix: 800mg |
|
|
400mg
200mg
200mg |
- c-AMP
- ATP
- Adenosine |
So here is how the blend probably looks:
Now we will compare it to a similar post-Workout product, VPX NO Shotgun.
 |
 |
Price: $40-45
Day Supply: 20-30 Days |
Product Rating: Meh
Company Reputation: Good |
A good supplement or deceptive marketing?

Even though there is 30 servings, you should probably go upto 1.5 a day, which is also suggested in the directions.
Each serving contains 108 calories and 27g per serving. 27g times 4 calories = 108, so this is wierd. There is no way in hell it would workout unless there is like 1mg of anything non-amino acid.
The Leucine content is probably similar, but Regeneration-X is Ethyl Ester.
The Creatine content is also probably similar.
The KIC, is highly in doubt, as you can see in the NO-Shotgun exposed, and Regeneration-X is ethyl ester.
The Red Line technology is probably overdosed because the pills have about 3x the dose and caffeine is first in the blend.
The Power, Speed, Strenght, and Endurance Matrix is probably highly underdosed because KIC is 100-300mg TOPS, leaving everything below it even lower.
The BCAAEE is highly underdosed too, L-Norvaline is right above it.. its all in here.
I strongly stand behind Regeneration-X because it has more accurate dosing, from a reputable company and doesn't use deceptive marketing like this one.
Regeneration-X is probably higher dosed in things needed and has a strong creatine matrix.
The KIC, Leucine, Creatine, is probably better dosed and has more goodies as well as 20g carbs. Even thought VPX has more servings, you probably need to up it to about 1.5 servings. Regeneration-X can also be found upto $10 cheaper.
Here we go,
Known Pricing
360g Beta-D-Glucose = $4
100g L-Taurine = $2.0
90g L-Leucine EE= ~$3.0
40g CEE = $1.2
40g Betaine = $2.0
40g Glutamine Ethyl Ester = $2.0
40g D-Ribose = $3.2
10g Glycocyamine = $0.8
6g 3-GPA = ~$1
|
Unknown Pricing
8g c-AMP
6g KIC Ethyl Ester
4g NOHAEE
2g P. Tamarindis Indica Extract 20:1
2g P. Phaseolus Vulgaris Ex 100:1
2g ATP
2g Adenosine |
The pricing to make it on your own is
$19
This is not counting the price of:
KIC Ethyl Ester and all the other stuff.
That KIC probably costs $1 a gram, so thats already $25!
As you can see, this product isn't really overpriced.
It provides more then just your basic needs post-workout.
Adding in some Hydroisolate and a bit more carbs, maybe some XF Vendetta and you have something really close an Anator knock-off or a super Myozene knock-off.
What else could you possible need after this? I think a really good way to stack this product would be something like this:
Pre-Workout
3g Creatine Gluconate
3g Glycerol Monostearate
|
Post-Workout
Regeneration-X
Whey Protein and some carbs |
This is ideal because the post-workout creatine matrix in Regeneration-X is ideal, literally dosed higher then Green Bulge(without the MCC though) with KIC and so on. The Pre-Workout stack is very close to the main ingredients in SizeON, in my opinion.
